• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, weather, or carrier delays.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Return Window & Conditions:

• 15 days from the delivery date to initiate a return or exchange.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached.
• You need your order number and must contact us first for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).

Final Sale Items (No Returns):

• All Hats (for hygiene reasons)
• Goodie Works accessory sets
• Collabs (collaboration items)
• Any item marked “Final Sale” on the product page

Refund Process:

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable (even on free shipping orders).
