The Ground Rules (Our Tribe’s Return Vibe)

  • Return Window: You have 15 days from the date your package was delivered to initiate a return or exchange.
  • Condition: Items must be in original, unworn, unwashed condition with all original tags attached.
  • Proof of Purchase: Have your order number ready.

What Cannot Be Returned? (The Limited-Edition Exceptions)

The Step-by-Step Return/Exchange Process

  1. Reach Out: Within 15 days of delivery, email us at [email protected]. Use the subject line “Return/Exchange Request” and include your order number.
  2. Get Approved & Instructions: Our team will review your request. If approved, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return warehouse address. Do not send returns without an RMA.
  3. Pack It Up: Securely pack the item(s), ideally in original packaging. Include a copy of your order confirmation or the RMA email inside the box. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship It Back: Send the package to the address we provided using a trackable shipping service. You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was incorrect, damaged, or defective.
  5. Let Us Know: Once shipped, reply to our email with your tracking number.

Specifics for Exchanges

Want to swap your Batman tee for a Bruce Lee one? Need a different size on your Gremlins hoodie?

  • Follow the steps above. In your initial email, clearly state the item and size you want to exchange for.
  • If the new item costs more, we’ll invoice you for the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability. If your desired item is out of stock, we’ll process a refund instead.

Refunds: When & How Your Money Comes Back

  • Timeline: After we receive and inspect your return at our warehouse, please allow 5-10 business days for us to process your refund.
  • Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees (like the $12.95 Standard Shipping) are non-refundable. Free shipping was our gift to you! You will receive an email notification once your refund is issued. Processing times on your bank or PayPal account may vary.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item?

If your Harry Potter tee has a misprint, your Friends tee is damaged, or you got the wrong item entirely, we’ll make it right immediately.
