1. The Ground Rules (Our Tribe’s Return Vibe)

To keep things fair for our global community of nostalgic souls and pop-culture fanatics:

  • Time is Key: You have 15 days from the date your package was delivered to initiate a return or exchange.
  • Original Condition: Items must be in the same condition you received them: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
  • Proof of Purchase: Please have your order number ready.

2. What Can’t Be Returned? (The Limited-Edition Exceptions)

Based on our product drops and community focus, the following are final sale:

Hats Goodie Works Collabs Final Sale Items

Why? For hygiene reasons (Hats), the unique nature of accessory bundles (Goodie Works), and the limited-run, often pre-order nature of our Collaborations and specially marked Final Sale items, these cannot be returned unless faulty. This helps us serve our global fandom with exclusive drops.

3. The Step-by-Step Return/Exchange Process

  1. Reach Out: Within 15 days of delivery, email us at [email protected] with the subject line “Return/Exchange Request” and your order number.
  2. Get Approved & Instructions: Our team will review your request and, if approved, email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return address (which may differ from our Louisville HQ). Do not send returns without an RMA number.
  3. Pack It Up: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging if possible. Include a copy of your order confirmation or the RMA email inside the package. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box.
  4. Ship It Back: Send the package to the address we provide using a trackable shipping service. You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was incorrect or faulty.
  5. Let Us Know: Once shipped, reply to our email with your tracking number.

4. The Exchange Process

Want to swap your Batman tee for a Bruce Lee one, or change the size of your Astro Boy hoodie?

  • Follow the same steps above to return the original item.
  • In your initial email, clearly state the item and size you wish to exchange for.
  • If the exchange item is of higher value, you’ll be invoiced for the difference. If it’s of lower value, we’ll refund the difference.
  • Exchange items are subject to availability. If your desired item is out of stock, we’ll process a refund instead.

5. Refunds: When & How Your Money Comes Back

  • Timeline: Once we receive and inspect your return at our warehouse, please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed.
  • Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees (like the $12.95 for Standard Shipping) are non-refundable. Free Shipping was a bonus on us!
  • You will receive an email notification once your refund has been issued. Processing times on your bank or PayPal account’s side may vary.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item?

If your Harry Potter tee arrived with a misprint, your Friday the 13th drop is damaged, or you received the wrong item entirely, we’ll make it right immediately.

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with photos of the issue and your order number.
  • We’ll cover all return shipping costs and expedite a replacement or full refund.
